Where have all the 2Gens gone?

I've seen a whole lot of tCs, a lot of xBs, a fair number of xAs, a few xB2s, and one xD.

I don't know if it is just early in the model cycle for the xB2 or not, but at least around here they are still very rare.

(Are they selling as well as the first gens?)

If they aren't here, and aren't out on the street, where, indeed, ARE they?

I have seen a few kicking around my area, but they're not all over the place like the first-gen.

They're either decomposing on dealer lots, or the people that are buying them aren't enthusiasts. It makes sense, because the new 'B has much more broad appeal than the first-gen, so you've get more people, but a less passionate crowd.

Looks like Scion wanted more buyers.
They probably got tired of selling to old geisures, 20 somethings, and teens.

I guess I just don't get why they'd want to appeal to everyone NOW, when the brand was created to appeal to the Gen Y crowd.

Scion will figure out that the xB2 does not have a niche as it did with the original and will again go away from the mainstream with the xB3 IMO. I do like the xB2 but not enough to get rid of my 06.5, my wife has been thinking about getting an 08 and we might have two at home. I'll see what Scion comes out with next and may just go with a Camry or Matrix in a couple years...

I like the Matrix, but they look like total turds with mods.

And They should have come in better colors.... the only oem color that looks good is the white, or the orange on the rs.5.

The only reason that the 2Gen didn't come with a lip kit, is because it's an inch lower than the previous generation's stock ride height. If it had the lip kit from the factory, the practicality of the vehicle would suffer immensely.

I will buy a kit when I pay off the vehicle (5 years).

I'm curious why Scion/Toyota didn't bring the bB 2nd Gen instead of the Rumion, personally I'd rather of had the bB 2nd Gen.
