I can see where you're having rubbing issues! Christ you're filling those wheel wells out full! Looks good as hell tho!
they look really good. i bet u can see thoes form a mile away. they really stand out. i like them
Thanks! yea i was rubbing like crazy! The tires that came on the wheels are way to tall and wide for my setup. I scrapped on every single little bump. It was so bad that I had a friend of mine in the car and her 14 yr old daughter was in the back and if there ws even the smallest uneveness in the road I would bottom out in the back.
So I scrapped that setup and went with Tein ss coilovers and am going down a tire size and width. i will also be running -3 camber once my shims get here. So all that combines will finally put a stop to the rubbing lol.
The price you pay for the look you want

ha ha
Looks great...love the color on the wheels.
Them sexy. Look great. I also appreciate that they aren't the same as everyone elses. You'll be driving in a line with 1,000

and I'll pass by and say, "Big Hungry's on the move."
i agree with david, i like em too. they looks reals goods
look real good, like the color.
we seem to be going the same way.
i had monroe sensatrac(echo shocks) and Tein s techs and then went with Tein SS coilovers and then did -3 camber.
ive got 16x8 +15 offset.
ive got 195/50/16 tires.
even with all that im still rubbing every now and then if ive got some stuff in the back, im going to have to roll the fenders in the rear to solve the problem.
also the other thing i thaught about was maby using a different spring in the rear that had a higher PPI then what i have now so that i could set it and hot have to worry so much about carring cargo. as it is now ive had to play with it a few times tring to try and find a sweet spot were it looks good but i can still carry stuff without rubbin.
yea i gota adjust mine also. I do have one question though. Which way do turn the shocks to adjust the shocks for softer or stiffer? they click left and right i'm jsut not sure which way is which. I havent really played with it much yet. i broke my ankle and havent been able to drive the box in a few weeks
WOW, how did you break the ankle.
counter clockwise is soft and clockwise is hard.
click it all the way soft first and then put the front at 11 and the rear at 14, ive found this works the best.
its importain to know were you have it set, & don't force it past 16
I broke my ankle by walking down some steps and missing the last one. So I havent been able to drive the box much lately. My cast finally broke up enough at the bottom to allow me to drive it a little bit . well at least i can back it up and pull it forward in the driveway lol
Ok so which way is soft left or right I can't remember?
Thanks for the comments yall. Also thanks for the help SWARTZAUTOMAN i got them adjusted correctly now!
This set of wheels is my 8th or 9th set. I lost count lol so yea i'm always looking for something that stands out. i don't like to blend in with the crowd lol
Dizamn those are lookin' nice! Gotta love the gold lips.
