XBSITE - The Definitive Source for the Scion xB

ive realy done alot of thinking with an exaust setup.
i wanted to do something custom but i was worried about how it was going to sound.
i didnt want to spend a ton of money and end up with something that sounded like a honda with the muffler cut off.

well anyway this is what i did for now
i still had my stock exaust on with a 3" tip and i replaced it with a Strup V2







the indide of the tip was just plan bare metal and it realy maks me made to see rust, so i went ahead and painted the inside of the tip with a good flat black rust protectain



im very happy with the exaust, everything fit perfect.
the sound is impressive, i also have an Injen SR and the 2 together sounds very deep and throaty. i don't like the "high piched-bee in a tin can" exaust sound.

ive been tring to get a sound clip but its been a bit windy and my camera isnt picking up the sound too well.

looks good man, i too have the Strup v2 paired with an Ingen SR. i love the sound also.

cant wait until i can hear the vid. i have been looking to do this also but anyway it looks great. love it man.

I love the combo. I've heard douche's setup and it's pretty for sure. Very quiet, but I'm not sure if that's from his car being sound deadened.

2 will be drive by and 1 will be sittin still and maybe 1 from inside the car

mine is not quiet either. its about perfect. do you have an Auto or 5-speed? i know that they are substatially louder in the autos due to the gearing of the tranny. my car is dynamatted also so i dont have the cabin noise that some complain about.

that sounds really good. i like the deep throaty sound. i hate that real high piched exaust. you got it right. now if i could do that to my car then i would have the best exaust in town.
