I finally picked up a set of Pioneer Carrozzeria speakers. Well i've had them sitting around for a while now but finally got time to install them.

what we had to go through to get the speakers installed lol
Me and gothbox had to disassemble my sub enclosure to get to the side
panels. once we got the subs out of the way and the wires for the new speakers untangled it was easy to install them. It would have gone easier if it was not so hot and humid outside.

those are soo sweet. how much did they cost and where did you get them? and how do they sound? do you need an amp to run them?

I got them from the japan yahoo auctions. I got them a few months ago and finally got around to installing them. I lucked up and got them for around 700 . I'm surprised it did not cost me more with the shipping and broker fees.

however look on ebay and clubxb.com. I have seen a few sets pop up on ebay. I have also seen aset or two on clubxb.com as well. they are expensive but worth it.

No you do not have an amp to run them. you can tap into your rear speakers if you want. Thats how i did it. They sound great! I wish i had done this a long time ago. I finally have rear speakers that i can hear again lol.

Yea you can actually hear them over the subs . there surprisingly loud.

$700? that is expensive. i guess i will have to save up for this mod. i like it tho. im glad you like them. if i bought something for 700 bucks and i didnt like it i would be soo pissed.

Looks good, but $700?!?! I would let Douche cut my arm off if I bought those.

Those are cool how they are made to fit the rear windows, there is nothing like that for us xa's so we had to mae out own acrylic holder for some component speakers.

dang thats actually a pretty nice price for em. ive em go closer to a grand. and and they compliment the look back there with the subs pretty nicely.

yea it was a pretty decent price for them. That was shipping and all form japan.

and bdiddy to answer your question they clip onto the back plastic pieces that surround the window. I also screwed them in to those pieces as wel and they also screw into the seat back seat belt bolt. So there not going anywhere.

Yea i knew how they went in, and I like them a lot. I was just saying how it is cool they fit right in the window.

ooooo got ya! Yea i'm really digging the speakers. they really added some sound to the box.

now i gota work on making a new sub box sometime.
