just bought an 08 XB and want to fill the wheel wells. Stock size is 205-55-16, Want to go taller and a little wider, anyone know what might work without too much rubbing?
Just in case you weren't aware, a 2nd-gen forum exists here (SCROLL DOWN). Mods, please move.

205/60 will work, and so will 215/55. Make sure you calibrate your speedometer though, because with the new tires it'll be slow by a couple of MPH.
Thanks for the heads-up Jim, thread is now moved.

I see your new Bulldogz, welcome to the site and when you get a chance post up an introduction w/ some pics. Don't hesitate to ask any more questions, Snowjob and Topher are 2nd gen owners and are very knowledgeable about the wheel and tire setups.
Welcome to the site. Wheels are probably the best mod anyone can do to their ride. Let us know what you pick.
I'm already thinking about switching mine.

I want to go with some 17" wheels this time Smile
It might just be a cheaper mod to throw some lowering springs on the car then getting all new tires. Plus you won't need to adjust the speedometer, which is a huge plus in my book!

And I am in the same arena SJ, I've been wanting something new for awhile... Something with less risk of theft, and more middle of the road. Plus I'm kind of sick of being in the weeds, think I'm going to just transition to some TRD or Eibach's.
NF210s are probably a good choice for you, T - they're a bit more even than the TRDs, which make the car look a little raked.

I want some 17s, but that's a while down the road.
hey snow, you know who to call when you need to offload those Rotas... Thea has the 19" TRDs but who knows if the money is right i may be able to talk her into a change of pace.
I'll keep you in mind if I ever decide to unload them.
235-35-19 will fit easy with a19x8 wheel!
