The way I pull mine to change bulbs or adjust aim is to take a butter knife or other flat, wide, smooth object and very carefully try to pry the INSIDE edge of the fog lamp assembly out, being careful not to break the plastic edge of the lens. Try to get behind the metal lip just behind the lens.
If you are double jointed or can otherwise get to the BACK of the assembly, push the lamp assembly from the back.
The side toward the center of the car comes forward an inch or so, THEN the whole assembly slides about 3/4 inch toward the center of the car to pull the pin on the assembly out of the bumper shroud.
Here's a pic of the back...

The two "black things" sticking out of the back of the housing push directly into holes in the bumper shroud, the big pin sticking straight out the side of the housing on the bulb side slides into another hole on the outside edge of the opening in the shroud.
I hope that makes some sort of sense...
Having said THAT, let me see if I can find anything in the shop manual...
