The copy wright law is clear you take it you own it and NO one can use it without your written permission.

Thanks for spotting it and letting me know, guys. I don't mind folks using my pics for non-commercial uses, or for selective commercial uses WITH MY WRITTEN PERMISSION, so I do try to knock things like that down when found.

The "reporting system" at eBay is a genuine PITA, and there seems to be no legit way to report an image theft/copyright violation (if you can find one, let me know).

I used the form for reporting the use of my image, but the form makes the assumption that the image was lifted only from another eBay sale. Idiots.

Still looking for another reporting channel.

All six sales with pics of 'Nilla in them have vanished from eBay.

That was quick action! (About 8 hours from notice to them to action by them.) (My notice to eBay that worked was a DMCA notice...)

I now have a new "About Me" page on eBay that warns folks not to use my images without license or written permission...

I think it will be easier for me to notify eBay next time something like that happens - I'm now part of the "VeRO Program" there.
