YEP, i finally got hit.

But its a funny story! Was sitting at a intersection not far from getting on base, when i heard a loud bag and my car julted around. Right away i was thinking FUCKIN GREAT!!! I looked in my rear mirrors, No car was behind me at all, i look to my right where a van was sitting, then looks forward to see a tire hauling ass down the road....yep


Is this gods way of saying:

your not good enough to get hit by a whole car?

Or

watch your ass, flying rubbers are about?

some scuffs and broken reflector is all i got....thank god!!

$35 in damage! and my tail light cover got a nick taked out of it.

Agreed! If that tire had hit one of your doors it would be a lot worse

tire came from a ladys big chevy van.

I think that the since the screw that holds the fender in place in the fender wasnt there, it poped the bumper out and pushed the tire away from the car instead of going down the side of the car!!

im gonna have to redo my tail light cover...time for a repaint and some puddy work.

Welcome to the "I have a Scion xB, and I've been hit" club.

this is my 2nd time to be here, i had some one hit the rear end of my first xB, $800+ in damage

and ive also rear ended a big truck ith that xB...no damage though

Yeah...WTH is it about xb's that they get hit so much!?!?!?!
I'm not in this club (knock on wood) but my wife is. I think the total on repairs was over 15 grand. Damn RS4 paint is close to $40 an OUNCE! She had the car back a month and then backed into a parking lot light footer. Just a scuff on the bumper and thankfully dude still had some paint left over...still, another $400. I wish she'd have gotten a PW.

Dang, you did get lucky. I got rear ended and it cost like 2500! Damn rs3 paint...LOL

hehe...32 ounce can of paint costs me $30.

I would not want a RS......to much specialty to them

My wife got rear ended by a tree truck. The shop did an awesome job getting it fixed.
