  Factory Foglights
Posted by: kingleon77 - 08-23-2010 07:08 PM - Replies (1)

I installed my factory fog lights, switch, relay, bulbs, fuse.

I turned the headlights on, then I hit my fog light switch and the relay clicks on, the fuse is ok, but I have no power to the lights. Any ideas?

Rolleyes Close up the wheel well.
Posted by: L33TFooMaster - 06-21-2010 04:18 PM - Replies (17)

So I've been talking and talking about my suspension. I keep asking questions but I never do anything, haha. (No time/money, you know how it is) Since I'm getting a cheap beater here in the next week, I'll have the time to tear the xB apart, and I think I'm ready to throw a bunch of money at it. Here's where I am right now: I've decided that air is not for me, I've also decided that I don't really need to get closer to the ground, I just need to make the gaping wheel well go away. And I need to do it safe, reliable and on the cheap.

So basically I wonder how do I do that? I'm still a little stupid when it comes to suspention stuff. Help please!

Hey guys, I've had my xB for 3 years and it has been amazing!

Here are some pictures. I have been doing a lot to the interior lately, I'm waiting for leather seats to ship, it will bring my interior all together.

I hope you like it. I'm always open to suggestions to making it even better!
I want to do a mods list but it would be pretty long.

  Bug Shield + Clear Vinyl
Posted by: L33TFooMaster - 06-14-2010 06:17 PM - Replies (13)

So as some of you already know, the Gods hate me and the front and rear of my car have been smashed in one way or another. It's time to get the ugly fixed, so my baby is going to the shop soon. In the meantime I'm looking to get some side window vents, a bug guard and clear vinyl protector for the front end of the car.

Hopefully when this is all said and done I can take some "after" pictures and break the seal, so to speak, as I've never posted pics of my xB before.

I know that some people out there are rockin' bug guards and clear vinyl on the front. I was hoping to find out from some of you what you bought and what your experience has been...

So far I think I've decided on WeatherTech in-channel window vents. I found a WeatherTech bug guard that says "no drilling required" which is a plus, but I want opinions on this stuff before I buy. I have no idea where to start on the clear vinyl.

Opinions, please! Thanks in advance!

Just finished my grill and relocated my license plate. I ordered my bumper plugs but they aren't here yet.

  Scary videos
Posted by: SWARTZAUTOMAN - 05-06-2010 06:55 AM - Replies (13)

we have a section for funny videos so i was thinking we should have a section for scary videos to.

here is one that scares me

this was here in my small city of Columbia MO
this isnt a drug dealer, this was just a blue collar guy with some personal amount of weed.

http://www.columbiatribune.com/videos/2010/may/03/96/

all this over a small amount of weed?
the dog was behind a fence in the back of the kitchen & it was dark & there were small kids in the house.
this wasn't some drug dealer, it was a small family of honest people that had a small amount of weed ( 1 dried plant )
why was this much force used & shots fired?
Six out of ten Columbia voters approved The Missouri Smart Sentencing Initiative (Proposition 2), which amends the city criminal code to depenalize the possession of marijuana and/or paraphernalia to a fine-only offense. so wht was the SWAT teem necessary.

I've been attempting to do something similar to

Does anyone know the best method to smooth out the rough tops? I've been using plastic filler but it's taking FOREVER! That and I've prefer using a colored plastic so I didn't have to use much if any paint. Any recommendations on plastics?

Roof Rack, what are you running?
Posted by: EdwardJTurkowII - 04-25-2010 02:24 PM - Replies (15)

Just curious on what everyone (those that have one) are using for a roof rack?

I was thinking Scion's Yakima roof rack, and I've also been looking at Thule.
