the 15x8 0 ET has a 3.5" lip and not expencive at all.
you could pic up a set of 15 or 16x8 15 ET of the 002 or 501 for around $500

How about this one! It's an Axis Banzai in a 15x8 with either a 25 offset or a zero offset. I think they're hawt...

^^ would be nice in a +25 but I bet that shrinks the lip a bit compared to the 0. I just can't see myself ever running a 0 offset unless I had flares or mad camber. I mean the 501's already stick out about 5mm too much in the front and they are +15 offsets.

Plus 25 is awesome with a 10 mm hub spacer for the rears and these would look very nice...

Damn someone needs to scoop these up real quick like. Its almost like they came from heaven w/ those offset, well at least for me, lol. I guess not so great for camber guys, but flush enough for me. (well maybe just 5mm spacers for the rear)
