^ I agree with you on that. They have their reasons on why they don't want Carl to be their customer. Another company may be more than willing to do so. I was merely stating that he should not bother trying to convince a company to take his business, when another company may do so with no questions asked.

im sure JIC is very reliable, im not questioning that at all.
i just thaught it was silly that the guy kept tring to tell me it wouldn't work.
there loop hole is its not legal for street use anyway. just like Tein the istructions say "for off road use only"
i just want some springs
the guy at JIC did start (when i first contacted him) with saying that he cold sell me parts only if i already have there set. so that what i told the guys at Megan, "ive already got your set but some parts have been damaged and i need to replace them"
hope fully it works.

ok.... so i did alot of thinking and searching and checking and rechecking (as i always do with most of my well done mods).
ive got my fix!
this is what i had and how it was set up


this si what im changing

the tein spring is 9" free highth the other spring is only 7"
the tein spring is 180 pound and the other spring is a 225
I.D. on the tien is 2 5/8" and the other spring is 2 1/2

i had to do a little ajust ment to the lower ribber mount




the top mount worker perfect


this is how it is now


now im able to ride low all the time and still fill the back end and not have any issues.
i test it by putting 4 50 pound bags of sand in the very back just to se what would happen,
HAHAHAHAHA it only dropped another 1/2 to 3/4.

um.................... well.................. i might just keep that a secret for now.
i went threw a big hastle doing all the research and talking a compainy into selling me just the springs, it reqired some modding and im not sure if its something i would recomend someone elts doing just yet.
after ive put a few miles on them and im sure there will be no problems i might come up with a "fix-it-kit" to include the extra modded parts so it will be easier on others to install and then offer it for sale.

so far things seam to be working great.

i can carry all my crap, i don't rub or scrape and ive still got the ajustment ability. ive put alot of thinking into this mod.

this would be great for people that have BIG BOOMIN audio set ups too
