i think i might feel a lil bit proud if i were you. hehe. i would probably be mad that they used my pics but also a lil like its a compliment...

Thing is, IF this was the supplier I got my fogs from (it is not), and IF it was the same brand of fogs, and IF I had been specifically asked for permission to use one of my images to show them installed, I might very well have granted that specific permission (which the current license requirements of my on-line pics allows).

Since this is NOT the vendor, NOT the product, and since permission is specifically excluded by the published CC license information associated with the picture, there is no way in Hell, that even if they asked now, that I would grant these bozos permission.

After having 36 of his eBay sales that used pics of Vanilla canceled he finally seems to have found a clue...

He's now using pics of someone else's xB to sell his fogs. (Anyone know who's it is?)

Just FYI it is now much easier for me to get eBay to pull a sale with any of my pics in it - I've signed up officially as a "VeRO" member and just have to drop them an e-mail and they handle the rest. (The e-mail is handled as a DMCA notification.)
