On that picture of the LEDs above the mirror controls it looks like there's a black ring around the LEDs. Is that part of the LED or is that a separate piece? Did you get your LEDs from Oznium?
I purchased the LED's at a local electronics shop, the led sockets were purchased seperatly but are not required. You can get them at
radio shack
3 1st gen boxes, #311 HotLava RS1, #568 Envy Green RS3, #3 Torched Penny RS4

Check at a local electronics store, 1.50 each is way to much, you should be able to get a 10 pack for that much,Ozium has them 29 cent each

HAHA I live in Idaho! There's not many xBs here! I'm used to having a unique car, I was one of the 3 STi's in town. There's quite a few xBs but none that I know.

One cool mod i saw one once was someone who took off their oven door, used a tool to cut out the word SCION, clear plexiglass the back of it, and then put lights in the over area to light it from behind.
Another thing I might do is to cut a piece of plexiglass to fit where the tell tell lights are, use a few LED's above it and etch into the back of the glass a scion logo to it looks like this...
i like this,wonder if i can cut out flower shapes just as easy

This is an awesome mod, great way to keep the themes going, would be very easy to get those blue flowers done. I guess if you didn't want the light to shine where the knob come through the panel , you would just paint the inside of the hole?

LEDs from radioshack are way too expencive.
oznium is a great place for most LEDs, but if you want some single ones to do some realy custom stuff..... this is who i get them from, you can't beat his prices
