i really cant imagine he really means 52 Farad...
yeah thats what hes got, i was just pokin at him because his head lights still puls with the bass.
but then again hes got like 2 15s and 3500 watts of amps.
it was always my understanding that you used 1 farad per 1000 wats.
but for some reason his doen't keep up.

thanks The box is part fiberglass and the black suede is just a cover that covers where the amp was supposed to be. It was a big hole, but since my amp was to big I needed something to put there...which is when I came up with the light up scionchick. This box was a friend of mine and he wanted to upgrade so he sold me this one.

He probably needs to upgrade the alternator. A stock alternator with THAT much watts being pulled, needs some help. A farad cap is just like an extra battery, to me it sounds like that is not staying charged up due to the amount of power being sucked by the subs.

he already did, with the car running it getting over 15 volts.
he still won't tell me what kind of car it was ment for.
