i tried to order two pair of silver and it wouldnt let me ship to other than my paypal billing acct

^^ yeah paypal is pretty hard-core about that. But its for your own benefit in case you pay for something and don't get it paypal will cover it if it was sent to your confirmed paypal address.

i understand that. its just tough since im not gonna be at this address very much longer... im having all my stuff shipped to TBizzles house.

Why don't you talk with Skeeter and see if he will just ship them wherever you want.
